Get the Look: Miranda’s Smoky Eye

Miranda Kerr graces the cover of The Sunday Times Style‘s September issue, wearing this season’s sharpest trends in fashion. Shot by Eric Guillemain, the Australian beauty looks stunning in each photo–whose makeup can only be credited to Rose-Marie.
To achieve this look, Rose-Marie used the “un” cover-up in 33 as Miranda’s foundation. She then blended the living luminizer onto cheekbones and around her eyes to add glow. Use a brush to apply the karma eyeshadow as a smoky liner. The eyes will be the dramatic focal point so finish the look with the moment lip shine for a natural, glossy lip.

One of my favourite shoots of Miranda!!! So stunning xxx Was any bronzer or blush used by the way? And was there a base colour used on the eyes as eyeshadow apart from using Karma as eyeliner? 🙂 Love this look!! xxx
Agreed–she looks fabulous! No bronzer or blush…Rose-Marie actually used the seduce cream eye shadow to shade the face giving her stronger contours. Over the lid was just rms beauty powder to give it more staying power!
Thanks for visiting our blog 🙂

I bought the karma eye shadow and was wondering if you have any tips to make sure that the shadow doesn’t smudge everywhere throughout the day. Thanks!
Thanks for your question! First, we recommend avoiding the eye area when using facial moisturizers before applying the eye polish. This can create a barrier between the product and the skin, causing it to slip. The eye polish should be applied very sparingly, and literally polished into the lid. You can also use our eye polish brush to apply which helps with getting the correct amount of product and dabbing the product into the skin. You can also use a bit of our “un” powder on top of the lid to help whisk away excess oil. Hope this helps!
